Return Process

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original individual packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to delicate jewelry components during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central distribution warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking services.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the jewelry, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
